However, we do allow exchanges only under the following circumstances:

1. If you receive a totally different product from what you ordered.
   
2. If the size, product, or style delivered to you is incorrect compared to your order.
   
3. If we have misshipped and sent you the wrong order.
   

👉 To be eligible for an exchange under these conditions, you must:

• Write to us at inshapeincare@gmail.com within 3–5 days of product delivery.
  
• Ensure the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
