We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Innerwear, panties, and items purchased during sale are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

We endeavour to display colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.

In Care Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website beyond the value of the order placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
