Where do I find my order number?
It’s in your order confirmation email and SMS, and starts with IC/. Signed in? You’ll also find every order in your account.
Where do I find my tracking number?
We send it by SMS and email as soon as your parcel ships.
My order doesn’t have tracking yet
A tracking number is created once your parcel is handed to the courier. Until then, your order number will show it as confirmed. If you’re waiting longer than expected, just get in touch.
My tracking hasn’t updated
Couriers sometimes take a little while to scan parcels along the way. If nothing has changed for a few days, contact us with your order number and we’ll check with the courier for you.
