Shipping charges
- Free shipping on every order, prepaid and Cash on Delivery. No minimum order value.
- Pay online (prepaid) and get an extra 5% off at checkout.
- There are no hidden fees: what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. We don't dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.
- Delivery usually takes 2–6 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas can take longer.
- You'll get tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp/email as soon as your order ships.
Where we deliver
- We currently deliver within India only.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on most pincodes. We may confirm COD orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Repeatedly refusing COD parcels at the door may restrict COD on future orders from the same number or address. Prepaid payment always stays available.
Damaged or tampered packages
- If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please don't accept it, and contact us right away. If you discover a problem after opening, see "If something's wrong with your order" in our Returns & Exchange policy (report within 48 hours).
