Panties for every day, and every body
Most In Care panties are cotton-based: 100% cotton, cotton with 5% spandex for a little stretch, or 100% cotton interlock. There is also a modal hipster pack and a free-size stretch nylon boyshort. Waistbands come with inner or outer elastic, and many styles go up to 5XL.

Inner elastic or outer elastic?
Inner elastic is covered by fabric on the inside of the waistband, for a soft finish against your skin. Outer elastic sits on the edge of the waistband. Choose the feel you prefer.

How do I choose my panty size?
Measure the fullest part of your hips and check the panty size chart. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Do you sell panties in packs?
Yes. Hipsters come in packs of 3, boyshorts in single pieces or packs of 2 and 3, and period panties in packs of 2.
Can I exchange panties if the size is wrong?
For hygiene reasons, panties are final sale for size, fit or colour, so please check the panty size chart before you order. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we replace or refund it.
How should I wash cotton panties?
Wash in cold water with similar colours, avoid bleach and dry in the shade.
