Return & Refund Policy – InCare
At InCare, we respect every customer’s purchase decision and strive to deliver high-quality,
hygienic, and safe innerwear products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict and
transparent return and refund policy to ensure fairness, hygiene, and safety for all customers.
Returns Policy
InCare deals in intimate innerwear products, which are strictly non-returnable and
non-exchangeable once delivered due to hygiene and health protection standards.
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong color delivered
- Wrong product delivered
- Quantity or item mismatch
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
You must contact us within the same day of delivery or the next day (maximum 48 hours) to
report any product-related issue. If you reach out after 2 days or more from delivery, we may not
be able to assist you.
To raise a request, email us at support@incare.in with your order number and clear images of the
product, packaging, and shipping label.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered orders. Refunds are only applicable if the product has not
been delivered to you. A refund will be processed only if courier tracking confirms non-delivery and
the order remains undelivered for more than 15 days from the order date. We rely on our delivery
partner’s tracking system as the final proof of delivery status.
Delays Due to External Factors
Delivery delays caused by natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, heavy rainfall), festivals,
government regulations, or regional restrictions are outside our control and are not eligible for
refunds.
