Return & Exchange Policy
Terms and Conditions:
- The product should be purchased only from IN CARE website and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
- Return request should be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact. Original Invoice shall be returned with the product
- Due to the intimate nature, Panties cannot be returned.
- Please do contact us in case if you have size related queries before placing the order.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the products which caused by customer.
- Return charges borne by customers.
The customer's return request will be declined if the item is used; damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please contact our customer care.
